I am writing in connection with the MP3 which I saw advertised in one of your brochures. I am afraid to say that I am not pleased from your service, since the MP3 is not working properly. I enclose copies of the guarantee and the receipt.
The advert gave the impression that this product is one of the best products in your shop. However, once I tried to turn it on, the screen was black and moreover, there was not a sound neither.
Immediately when the problem happened, I contacted with one of your employees, but unfortunately they did not helped me.
To resolve the problem I require you to look into these matters and let me know your solution. I am afraid that if these conditions are not met, I may be forced to write to the director of your company.
